Product Description

Lactose monohydrate obtained by drying the crystallized permeate with the separated mother liquor, subjected to washing on decanter centrifuges

Ingredients

Whey protein concentrate, emulsifier – lecithin (sunflower)

Sensory Characteristics

Appearance: Free-flowing homogeneous powder, slight clumping is acceptable if easily crumbles when pressed.

Color: White, creamy white to yellow, homogeneous

Taste and smell: Slightly sweet, without any foreign tastes or odors.

Storage and Transportation

In dry and airy warehouses on wooden pallets at a temperature of not more than 25°C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. The transportation space should be protected with a non-absorbent material separating the finished product from the substrate. In situations of exposure to loss of optimal conditions (e.g., during sea transportation), we recommend the use of moisture absorbers. Stacking of pallets with the product is not allowed.

Packaging

Multi-ply paper bags with polyethylene liner or big bags of 1000 kg.

Product name, manufacturer’s name and address, veterinary approval mark, net weight, batch number, production date, expiration date, storage conditions
