Product Description

Demineralized whey permeate powder produced by nanofiltration and spray drying of permeate obtained after ultrafiltration of cheese whey. Product of Polish origin.

Sensory Characteristics

Appearance: Loose powder, uniformly finely sprayed, slight crumbling allowed, easily crumbles under light pressure

Taste and smell: Characteristic – milky, without any foreign tastes or smells

Color: Uniform, creamy white to yellowish

Lactose content: 80,0 +/-2 %

Aflatoxin M1 level: In accordance with EU Regulation 2023/9415 of April 25, 2023.

GMO Statement

The product was manufactured from non-genetically modified raw materials in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of September 22, 2003, on genetically modified food and feed (as amended).

Shelf Life

Minimum shelf life – 18 months from the date of manufacture. Determined on the basis of storage test results available for inspection by control authorities at any time.

Storage

Whey permeate powder should be stored in dry, clean, and well-ventilated storage areas in restrooms, at least 10 cm away from walls. The temperature in the warehouse should not exceed +20 degrees Celsius. Humidity should not exceed 75%.

Transportation

The product should be transported using means that meet the requirements of Regulation 852/2004, ensuring a temperature of 0°C. up to 20 °C

Packaging

As standard, the immediate packaging consists of four-layer paper bags with a polyethylene insert containing 25 kg net of product. Heat-sealed polyethylene insert, machine-stitched paper bag ensuring tight packaging. At the customer’s request, we pack the goods in big bags made of polypropylene fabric coated with polyethylene with double-sealed seams.
