– Blend of milk powder and vegetable fats
Product Description

blend of milk powder and vegetable fat is a solid product, obtained by spray drying of a homogeneous mixture of pasteurized condensed skimmed milk and vegetable fats. The blend of milk powder and vegetable fats contains partially hydrogenated fats (trans fatty acid content of about 3.5 %).

  • vegetable fats according to specification SD-15/1 „Vegetable fat”: blend of refined vegetable oils and fats and hydrogenated vegetable fat in varying proportion: Shea oil, partly hydrogenated Shea oil, Palm oil, partly hydrogenated Palm oil, partly hydrogenated Coconut oil, partly hydrogenated Rapeseed oil, partly hydrogenated Soybean oil, partly hydrogenated Sunflower seed oil, emulsifier – E471, buttery flavor.
  • emulsifier – mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E 471 according to specification SD-26,
  • food colouring – beta – corotene (E 160a) according to specification SD-30 1).

Sensory Characteristics

Appearance: free flowing powder, uniform

Color: cream to light yellow, uniform

Taste and flavour: typical of whole milk powder with vegetable fat, no foreign flavours or odours

Water content: not more than 4.0 %

Fat content: not less than 26 % (min. 25,5 %)

Protein content: not less than 25 % (min. 24.5%)

Acidity of regenerated milk: not more than 7.5°SH not more than 0.15% ADMI

Solubility index defined as the volume of sediments: not more than 1.0 cm3

Total plate count: not more than 30 000 cfu/g

Coliforms (MPN): n=5, c=0, m=M=10 cfu/g

Coagulase-positive staphylococci: n=5, c=2, m=10, M=100 cfu/g

GMO Statement

This product is not contain, does not consist of and is not produced from genetically modified organisms. In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 as amended, the product is not subject to GMO labeling requirements.

Shelf Life

24 months for product stored at a temperature of no more than +20°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.

Storage

Store at tempearature not higher than +20°C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Product bags of 25 kg are standard on pallets.

Packaging

Paper bags with PE liner – net weight 25 kg,
Big Bag (a Big Bag according to the actual net weight).

Transportation

the product should be carried on special vehicles, suitable for food transport. The vehicles should be dry, clean and deprived of any odours. The transport means should protect the product against damage, humidification or other detrimental weather effects. The temperaturę during transport must not be higer than 30°C, and the trensport time must not be longer than 30 days.
